On March 31, 2010 – I got a teeny sunburn while running 6 miles. In Michigan. In March. This is a rather big deal, my Southern friends.
On April 1, 2010 – and this is NO JOKE. Our house has walls. And a roof. And floors. And stairs. Two days ago, it did not. Today, it does. WOW!!
Amelia lives in Michigan and has been married to her high school sweetheart Kedron for almost 14 years.
Amelia started pursuing her love of writing after she and her husband moved to Florida and she left her job in marketing to stay home with their firstborn. With family and friends a thousand miles away, she found blogging the daily stories of life to be a great way to stay in touch and recognize how God's story intersects with our daily stories.
The Rhodes recently moved back to Michigan where Amelia stays at home with their two young children, Little Miss Sunshine and T-Rex. She also is a contributor at Our Circle of Friends.

In 2007 my wife and I purchased new and watched our place being built. I know *exactly* the elation of watching plywood walls go up! It’s a great feeling. Congrats!
